1991
Two companies, one market
Two independently owned companies start serving Haiti: one in pharmaceutical products, intravenous solutions and over-the-counter brands, the other in paramedical products and hospital equipment.
1995
Pluripharm S.A. is born
In December 1995, their owners merge the two businesses and bring all their assets together under one name, Pluripharm S.A., incorporated under Haitian law.
