These terms apply to your use of pluripharmsa.com, operated by Pluripharm S.A., 40 Rue Rebecca, Pétion-Ville, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. By using the website, you accept them.

1. Who the website is for

Pluripharm S.A. is a business to business distributor. The website and its catalog are intended for healthcare professionals and companies: pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers.

2. Informational catalog, no online sale

The website presents our product range for information. No sale takes place on the website and no prices are displayed. A quote request is not an order: any sale is agreed separately with our sales team.

Product availability, presentations and information may change without notice. Images, when present, are for illustration only.

3. Not medical advice

The information on this website is not medical advice and does not replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. Medicines must be used in accordance with their approved labelling and professional guidance.

4. Catalog registration

To view the full catalog, you agree to provide accurate information about your company. We may refuse or end access if the information is inaccurate or if the website is misused.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, in particular by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means to extract its content, or sending false or unlawful information through its forms.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website, including texts, the Pluripharm name and logo, and the design, belongs to Pluripharm S.A. or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce this content without our written permission.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, or that the website will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Pluripharm S.A. is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Haitian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Haiti.
