1. Who is responsible

2. What information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:

• Catalog registration: company name, contact name, professional email, phone number and company type. We use your email to send you our equipment catalog (PDF).
• Quote request: company name, contact name, email, phone number, the products and quantities you select, and your message.
• Supplier inquiry: company name, country, contact name, role, email, phone number, product range and your message.
• Contact form: subject, company name (optional), contact name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Technical information: a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type, used only to protect our forms against spam and abuse.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

• To answer your requests, prepare quotes and follow up on orders.
• To give you access to our full product catalog.
• To assess partnership proposals from suppliers and manufacturers.
• To protect the website and our forms against spam and abuse.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses only what is necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap. It loads only if you click “Show the map”; your browser then connects to openstreetmap.org.

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie): remembers your language. Deleted when you close your browser.
• pp_catalog (cookie): remembers that you registered, so the catalog stays open. Kept for 180 days.
• pp_quote_list (local storage in your browser): keeps the list of products you want a quote for. Stays on your device until you send the request or clear your browser data.

5. Where your information is stored

Your information is stored and processed by service providers acting on our behalf, on servers located outside Haiti (in the United States):

• Supabase: secure database where form submissions are recorded.
• Resend: email service that sends us a notification for each submission.
• Vercel: hosting of the website.

6. How long we keep it

• Form submissions: 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted.
• Spam protection records: 1 day.
• Notification emails: kept in our company mailbox according to our internal rules.

7. Who has access

Only authorised Pluripharm S.A. staff who need it to answer your request, and the service providers listed above, strictly to provide their service. We share information with authorities only when required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to our use of it. Write to assist@pluripharmsa.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on your request.

9. Security

Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to the database is restricted to the website’s server and to authorised staff.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
